Terms and conditions for advance booking.
 
1. Customer has to mail us requesting to make an advance payment of 25% of the reservation amount  in our bank current A/c No.
 
2. Regarding cancellation, the customer has to give their bank A/c no. after deducting 50% from the advance payment, the balance amount will be deposited in their account.
Cancellation should be made atleast 72hrs in advance or there will be no refund.
 
3. For long term bookings, one month rental should be made in advance at the time of check in and agreement should be duly signed.
